In this freebie there’s one design proposal for thumbnails on a portfolio, including the regular and the hover state. When the state is regular, you can see the image as is, but when hovered over, it shows a caption with the title and a little description over a black layer with transparency. The PSD is very well ordered and layered, but one downside of this is that the shapes are raster rather than vector.
