This is a beautiful clock picker that makes it easy to select an hour thanks to a graphic user interface. The select displays a clock when clicked, and allows you navigate through hours, minutes, and after you select them, you can select the seconds. This plugin is free, you can use it personally and commercially thanks to its MIT license and it was created by Wang Shenwei.
