This browser is purely made with CSS3, originally created by Sawyer Hollenshead and hosted on Github. The author of the code snippet has worked to add some more features and has tried to add same functions as the Chrome browser does by using transitions and the pseudo classes :target :hover :focus and :active. The red orb closes the browser, the yellow orb reduces the browser, and the green one changes the size of the window.
